Our copiers and the rest of our office all went down after a storm. We were having issues trying to scan files when everything came back online. We called and spoke to Jim who was able to provide us unbelievable, exceptional service today!
Jim did a remote fix and had us scanning within minutes. He also took some extra time to configure everything in a way that may avoid something like this in the future.

Lsat week, our copier needed to have a drum replaced. Tim helped us order the part and delivered it the next morning. While he was here we had some questions about the copier since it's a brand new system to us and he took the time to walk us through some things and answered all of our questions.
He is always on time, friendly and goes the extra mile. We wish we could make copies of him!
